Start with a full five year unconditional, unlimited warranty. If your Baby Quasar or Baby Blue stops working for any reason, other than physical abuse, we will fix or replace it free of charge. If we cannot fix your Baby on the day we receive it back, we will replace it. We will not hold you up.
We make our devices from solid billets of machined aluminum in order to be durable and long lasting The electronic components are from the top drawer with 10 year life expectancy. We recognize, of course, that components can occasionally fail due to manufacturing differences and that is why we offer our customers the five year warranty.

- Product Return Policy
If you wish to return a product, please call or email us, and we will issue you an RMA # for your return. Products for refund may be returned within 30 days of purchase only. Products must be returned unopened and in re-sellable condition in order to receive a full refund. Shipping on any return is at consumer cost. All returns and refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 21st Century Skincare will not issue refund, credit or exchange until product is received and reviewed. Products that are returned and unopened and in re-sellable condition after 30 days may be returned for credit or exchange only limited to a maximum period of 60 days after the date of purchase. 21st Century Skincare does not accept any returns after a period of 60 days. Please call to if you need to return a product. Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at point of purchase. If you believe an error has occurred and you did not receive a discount that you qualified for, please call us. If no error has occurred in the checkout process, 21st Century Skincare does not refund for discounts not received.

Devices Return Policy
21st Century Skincare Return Policy for all devices only, including but not limited to the following:
Baby Quasar Red, Baby Blue, Quasar Combo pack, Quasar MD, 2 mghz Ultrasound , Ezzi-Peel, and Pro-Skin Scrubber
Customers may return any of the above listed devices including original packaging from factory, all accessories, adapters, etc. and any products accompanying device( if applicable) for full reimbursement of the purchase price excluding shipping charges paid by 21st Century Skincare or device distributors ( if applicable). Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns will only be accepted via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and or FedEx. 21st Century Skincare is not responsible for packages that do not arrive to us for return due to shipping provider issues. Returns cannot be accepted when dropped off at our locations.
